*All orders must be paid for in full 24 hours before delivery and all event specific, not limited to dessert tables and candy buffets must be paid for in full 2 weeks prior to event date*

All cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries, and cupcakes (3C Specialization) orders under three dozen may be placed 48 hours in advance, Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm via our guest service number (404) 966-4563 or via email msweethaven@gmail.com.

**I will strongly recommend ordering further in advance beyond two to three days for cheesecakes and chocolate covered strawberries during the holiday season.**

Sweets Catering/Event Styling

If you are planning an event, we strongly suggest that you place an order once you know the date of your event or at least 30 days in advance. All event orders placed prior to a 30 day advanced notice may be subject to additional charges, product or date unavailability.

How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees start at $10 outside of our free delivery locations.

If paying in cash, please be sure to have exact change and if paying with a money order, please make payable to Magnolia’s Sweet Haven.

Credit Cards

If paying with Matercard, Visa, Amercian Express, Discover, or through your Pay Pal account, you may do so upon receipt of your MSH ORDER CONFIRMATION email which will contain your invoice, delivery date/time, and credit card payment options.

Do you offer customized wedding or commitment ceremony cakes?

No, we do, however, offer alternatives to traditional wedding cakes such as a cheesecake tower, cupcake tiers, dessert tables, and/or chocolate covered strawberry favor boxes that can be customized to coincide with your events color palette and theme. We, additionally, work with several preferred wedding cake vendors that can accommodate your wedding cake inquires.

Do you cater?

Yes, we do. We are considered a sweets caterer/sweets stylist and will based upon availability be able to cater your event with handcrafted cheesecakes, chocolate covered strawberries, cupcakes, and a dessert table or candy buffet. It’s just based on the size of you and your guests’ sweet teeth.

Do you take same day orders for delivery?

No, at this time the product specifications do not allow for same day event services or orders for any of the 3C Specializations. Specialty or event orders, however, should be placed further in advance to ensure date and product availability.

How much time does MSH need when placing an order?

Two days for any of the 3C Specializations. All mini cheesecakes, chocolate covered strawberry, and cupcake orders totaling four dozen or more MUST go under contract. Specialty product lines such as the dessert tables, candy buffets, or event styling services are attainable depending upon availability of booking date, time, and location must be placed further in advance and go under contract.

How do I pay for my order?

We use PayPal™ to process your order. It’s a safe and secure way of paying online. If you have a PayPal™ account it’s easy. If you don’t have an account, don’t worry you can simply enter your information to make a one time payment.

Are you currently shipping any of your products?

No, at this time Magnolia’s Sweet Haven does not ship any of our products. ALL orders for mini cheesecakes, cupcakes, and chocolate covered strawberries are hand delivered in Atlanta, GA and surrounding area(s). Dessert table and candy buffet inquires outside of Georgia delivery area, for national and international travel are always considered. Contact us at msweethaven@gmail.com for booking.

May I include a special message with my order?

Of course! When you receive your MSH Order Confirmation email, just simply email me back with the special message that you like to be included with your order.

Do you bake from scratch?

Absolutely YES, and in small batches. We use fresh eggs, cream cheese, fruits (organic and local if available), sweet cream butter, heavy cream, sugar (raw and granulated), pure extracts, quality chocolate, and sour cream.All of the mini cheesecakes are hand-crafted and all of the chocolate covered strawberries are dipped fresh.

Do you have a store front or can I come an pick up my order?

We are currently a delivery only sweets boutique and our facility is not open to the public. We hope to expand and open a sustainable/environmentally friendly store front in the near future.

How do I care for my cheesecakes, cupcakes and/or chocolate covered strawberries?
Cheesecakes and chocolate covered strawberries can be refrigerated for up to 5 days, if they last that long *wink*. Cupcakes should be sealed in an airtight container if consuming the day of (up to 2 days).

I am interested in selling your miniature cheesecakes, who would I contact for wholesale inquiries?
